How does your telehealth service work?
Our streamlined telehealth process includes:
- Choose a Treatment: Select an all-inclusive treatment package on our Treatments page.
- Virtual Consultation: Schedule and attend a virtual appointment with a licensed provider to review your symptoms and medical history.
- Lab Testing (if required): For treatments requiring labs, we arrange blood work at a nearby facility. Check the Treatments page to see which treatments require labs.
- Personalized Treatment: Your provider creates a tailored plan, including prescriptions shipped free to your home.
- Follow-Ups: Schedule virtual follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust your treatment as needed, included in your package.
What are the costs of your services?
We offer all-inclusive treatment packages that cover provider appointments, labs (if required), prescriptions, and free shipping to your home. Pricing varies by treatment, and details are available on our Treatments page. We are a cash-pay clinic and do not accept insurance. Payments are processed securely via our platform.
Do all treatments require lab tests?
Not all treatments require lab tests. You can find specific information about which treatments require labs on our Treatments page. If labs are needed, we coordinate blood work at a convenient facility, and costs are included in your all-inclusive package.
Can you treat conditions other than hormonal imbalances?
Yes, we offer general medicine consultations for conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, high blood pressure, or acute issues like sore throats requiring antibiotics. These are handled on a case-by-case basis. To schedule, select the "General Medicine" option on our Treatments page.
What if a treatment is not suitable for me?
If our provider determines that your selected treatment is not medically appropriate, we will issue a full refund for any payments made. Your provider may discuss alternative treatments or refer you to a specialist if needed.
Where are your services available?
We currently operate in Utah and are fully licensed to provide telehealth services in the state. We plan to expand to Idaho, Washington, Colorado, and California soon. Stay tuned for updates on our expansion.
How are prescriptions handled?
Prescriptions are included in your all-inclusive treatment package. Once prescribed, medications are shipped directly to your home at no additional cost, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.

You may cancel your treatment package at any time by contacting us at support@ithaca-health.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no further charges. If a provider deems a treatment unsuitable, you’ll receive a full refund for any payments made.
How long does it take to see results from hormone therapy?
Results vary by individual and treatment. Many patients experience improvements in symptoms like energy or mood within 4-8 weeks, with full benefits potentially taking 3-6 months. Your provider will monitor progress and adjust your plan as needed.
How do I schedule appointments?
After selecting a treatment package, you’ll gain access to our secure scheduling portal to book virtual consultations and follow-ups at your convenience. Our team will send reminders to ensure you stay on track with your treatment plan.
